Our history:-
Oil Separation Services Midlands cc was purchased in 1997 and converted to a Pty (Ltd), the Company was already a pioneer in the waste industry, specialising in the cleaning of wash bay traps (interceptor systems).
In 2003 the company noted a need to move away from simply disposing hazardous liquid wastes on landfill.
This led to the development of a facility that specialises in the treatment of liquid hazardous wastes prior to disposal on a landfill site, the idea was to render hazardous wastes less or non hazardous and to solidify them before disposal. This assists the landfill by reducing the amount of liquids they must accept and reduces the toxicity of their leachate.
This also results in a more environmentally friendly solution to waste disposal.
Evolution and sustainability:-
The way in which waste is collected has also evolved and has led to a wide range of methods being available to the customer, from 20 000 L super suckers to vehicles equipped with cranes, box and drop side trucks. In a world that is becoming more and more conscious of the effect industry has on our environment there is a great need to do things differently, we take that to heart and have built a company around developing new and better ways of collecting and treating hazardous liquid wastes with the protection of our environment at the forefront of every thought.
